Security Bolts

Bolts and anchors must be supplied by the owning organization.

To meet security standards the kiosk must be bolted to the ceiling, through all of the bolt holes, using bolts with anchor washers as specified below. Bolts and anchor washers are to be supplied by the owning organization.

Make sure that the ceiling is capable of withstanding the loading imposed by the anchor points for the bolts.

The minimum specification for bolts / anchors to secure the kiosk to a concrete floor ceiling are:

•Type – Concrete anchor with nut

•Size – M12 (1/2 in.- 13)

•Length – 95 mm to 105 mm (3 3/4 in. to 4 in.)

•Quantity – four

•Ceiling

•Type – Expansion Bolt Sleeve Anchor

•Size – M12 (1/2 in.)

•Length – 57 mm (2-1/4 in.)

•Quantity – four
