Removing the Receipt Printer

To remove the Receipt Printer, follow these steps:

1. Shut down the NCR FastLane SelfServ™ Checkout (7360) software system.
2. Unlock the NCR FastLane SelfServ™ Checkout (7360) Cosmetic Door.
3. Do any of the following:
   1. If the unit is configured with an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), turn off the UPS and then unplug the 7360 power cable.
   2. If the unit is not configured with a UPS, unplug the 7360 power cable.
4. Unlatch the printer shelf and then pull it forward.
5. Unplug the cable from the back of printer.
6. Remove the screw securing the printer to the shelf.

   

7. Slide printer toward the back of the shelf to disengage from tab hooks.

   

8. Lift the printer off the shelf.
