Downloading Firmware Files

The printer firmware files can be downloaded from the NCR Voyix Support page. The zipped firmware folder includes the following files:

• Individual firmware files and font files
• Upgrade files (for NCR 7199 Series only)

To download printer firmware files, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www5.ncr.com/support/support_drivers_patches.asp. The Drivers and Patches page is displayed.

   

2. Select Retail Support Files→NCR RealPOS and SelfServ Peripherals→Printers.
3. From the list of printers, select a printer model. The list of printer firmware versions and printer utilities are displayed.
4. From the list of printer firmware, select a version to download.
5. Unzip and save the downloaded files.
