Scan Advisor
The Scan Advisor indicates the present status of the NCR 7879; it is located around the Vertical Scan Window, top and both sides. The Scan Advisor consists of a series of lights that in most cases generate bars of light that are different colors, lengths, and locations. The different colors can be bright, dim, solid, flashing, or flashing in a specific sequence. Since the Clean Window Indicator provides status information, it is included in this Scan Advisor section.
