Scanner Programming Tags

After completing the worksheets, enter the information using the special programming tags. The programming tags are available at the following locations.

•In NCR Scanner Programming Tags.

•In NCR Scanner Programming Tags (BST0-2121-74) available at https://onlinehelp.ncrvoyix.com.

•On a Smart Phone by scanning the QR Code located below the Top Plate of the NCR 7879.

A large number of special programming tags are not needed. There are only five (5) unique tags and sixteen (16) hexadecimal (Hex) character tags. There are also nine (9) special functions tags that are not use for programming the NCR 7879.
