Bookland EAN (Parameter #83, SSI #53h)

Scan one of the following bar codes to enable or disable Bookland EAN. By default, this parameter is set to Disable.

If Bookland EAN is enabled, select a Bookland ISBN Format (Parameter #576, SSI #F1h 40h). Also set Decode UPC/EAN/JAN Supplementals (Parameter #16, SSI #10h) to either Decode UPC/EAN/JAN with Supplementals Only, Autodiscriminate UPC/EAN/JAN With Supplementals, or Enable 978/979 Supplemental Mode.
