| Franking Slip Template | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters. | Determines the franking slip template that is used to frank the specified reason. |
| Item Level Reason Chit Template Name | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters. | Defines the name of the reason’s corresponding receipt template. When the specified reason is applied to an item, the POS application uses this template to print the item chit. |
| Parent Reason ID | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters. | Determines the parent reason ID of the specified reason. |
| Reason Code | A numeric value from zero to 9999999999999999. | Defines the code assigned to the specified reason. |
| Reason ID | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters. | Determines the reason ID of the specified reason. |
| Transaction Level Reason Chit Template Name | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters. | Defines the name of the reason’s corresponding receipt template. When the specified reason is applied to an item, the POS application uses this template to print a specifically configured copy of the transaction receipt. |
