Back Office Functions

The following back office functions can be completed from any POS terminal within a store.

Configurable features

The POS application can be configured with the following features.

Enable or disable the following buttons on the Back Office screen:
- Back Office
- Associate Management
- Cash Office
- Store Controller
- Transaction Search

Note

Associates must first open or close the store at least once before configuring the Store Controller button. This action is required so that the store can be opened or closed after hiding the Store Controller button.
