Configuring POS Options

POS Options include the following categories:

This section describes the parameter categories, groups, and list of configurable options.

Terminology

The following terminology is used in this section.

• Blacklisted parameter—indicates that the parameter cannot be changed or modified.
• Multi-record option parameter group—indicates that the parameter group can contain a multiple number of records that are created and added by retailers. These parameter groups have varied maximum limits, ranging from nine to 999 records.
• Assumed number of decimal places—indicates the number of decimal places that the Advanced Store system has pre-defined for a numeric entry in a specific option.
  Example

  When a user enters 300000 in an option with an assumed number of three decimal places, the Advanced Store system acknowledges this entry as 300.000.

The following special characters are currently not supported as parameter values.
