Fee Description and Departments

The following table describes the Fee Description and Departments options.

Allow Customer Information Yes/No Determines whether Revised and fixed typos and descriptionto collect customer information when fee is charged.
Fee Description An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters Describes the name of the fee.
Fee Type A numeric value from zero to 999

Specifies the numeric identifier for the fee type.

This parameter is the record's key.
Fee UPC Code An alphanumeric value from one to 20 characters Specifies the UPC code used to represent the fee.
Print Merchandise Copy Yes/No Determines whether or not to print Merchandise Copy of receipt when this fee is charged.
