Reason Sets

The following table describes the Reason Sets options.

This is a multi-record option group. Records can be added as necessary. This parameter group has a maximum limit of 999 records.

Reasons	An alphanumeric value from zero to 255 characters	Determines the identifier for this reason set.
Reason Set ID	An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters	Determines the list of first-level reason identifiers for this reason set. This parameter is the record's key.
