Through the Version Maintenance window

To remove old and unusable EOM parameter versions from the Version Maintenance window, follow these steps:

1. On the EOM window, select EOM under the System Task list on the left portion of the window.
2. Select Version Maintenance. The application displays the Version Maintenance window.

   

   Note

   The table will have an empty list when parameter versions are being used by specific stores.

3. Select Delete to remove the parameter versions. An information message is displayed.
4. Select Yes to remove the parameter versions. An information message is displayed and the Delete button is disabled while the deletion process is in progress.

   

5. Select OK. After deletion, the Version Maintenance window displays an information message that there are no available parameters to be deleted. The Current Options View drop-down list will only display the parameter versions being used.
