Understanding the Transaction Search Window

The Transaction Search window includes the following sections.

  • Transaction Search tabs—provide the primary filters used for searching transactions.
  • Transaction Search configurations—displays the saved search criteria for frequently-used searches.
  • Search Criteria pane—displays the available criteria to search for the transaction. The list displayed in this pane varies depending on the selected filter.
  • Search Results pane—displays the results of the search using the set criteria.
  • Transaction Details pane—displays a preview of transaction details selected from the Search Results pane.
  • Action Buttons—The following actions are available from the Transaction Search window:
    • Save—saves a new transaction search configuration.
    • Delete—deletes a transaction search configuration.
    • Search—displays the transactions after all the search criteria are entered.
    • Clear Results—clears the list of transactions displayed after a search was performed.
    • Clear Criteria—clears the search criteria entered in the five tabs.
    • Export Data—exports the transaction details.
