Blank user interface
The POS application displays a blank screen upon startup.

This error may occur because the POSClientConnectionManager service is not running in Windows Services.
Solution
Start or restart the service in Windows Services. Follow these steps:
- Close the POS application.
- Go to Windows services.
- Start or restart the PosClientConnectionManager service.
- Relaunch the POS application.

The HostIP in the %PROGRAMDATA%\NCR\AdvancedStore\POS\Configuration\PosClientConnectionManager.xml file is incorrect. The HostIP value must point to the name or the IP address of the Enterprise Web Server.
Solution
Validate the HostIP in the %PROGRAMDATA%\NCR\AdvancedStore\POS\Configuration\PosClientConnectionManager.xml file with the correct name or IP address of the Enterprise Web Server.
