Vidtronix Bag Tag Printer

1.Open the Pedestal. See Opening the Pedestal.

2.Slide the Printer Shelf forward.

3.Loosen the thumbscrew on each side and pivot the Cover Bracket to open.

4.Open the printer by pushing the top cover button.

5.To clearly see the jammed paper bits, rotate the paper roll until the entire paper that is attached to the roll is out of the printer.

6.Remove any jammed paper.

7.Close the printer by pushing down the top cover until it latches.

8.Replace the Cover Bracket, and tighten the screws.

9.Evenly cut the leading edge of the paper.

Note:  It is important that the leading edge of the paper is a clean cut and free from rips, tears, or adhesive. Jamming can occur if this is not followed.

10.Route the paper edge to the back of the device. Evenly feed the leading edge of the paper into the paper entry at the rear of the printer.

Note:  Make sure that the side of the paper with text is facing upward.

11.Wait until the paper is automatically loaded.
