NCR RealPOS 82XRT Terminal Site Preparation

Introduction

This document provides the information necessary to prepare a site to NCR specifications prior to installing an NCR RealPOS 82XRT Terminal (also referred to as the NCR 7606). Prepare the site properly before installing the terminal because site preparation deficiencies may be difficult to detect and correct after installation.

The NCR 7606 consists of separate pieces that may be combined in a variety of configurations. Certain combinations are mutually exclusive. You must determine the equipment that will actually be installed before proceeding with the site preparation.
