Configuring the Terminal

Note:  Depending on the processor chip set installed in the Terminal, the Terminal Configuration screens might differ slightly from the examples provided.

1.Boot the terminal.

2.When you see the NCR logo select [Del] several times to start the BIOS Setup Utility.

b.Select Enabled.

6.Select F10 and [Enter] to Save and Exit.

7.After the system reboots the Intel ® Management Engine BIOS Extension Main Menu is displayed.

8.Highlight MEBx Login and select [Enter].

9.Enter the [password] >> [Enter].

You must enter the password a second time for verification.

12.Select Y for Yes to activate the network interface.

13.Select [ESC] >> [ESC]>>Y to exit the Intel ® Management BIOS Extension and reboot the system.

14.The terminal should now be accessible using its IP address.

Note:  The BIOS Hotkey Pressed setting is reset to Disabled automatically when you exit AMT.
