Clearing Paper Jams

Paper jam may occur on any of the following printer areas:

•Slip printing area

•Flip mechanism area

•Thermal area

If the paper jam occurs on the slip printing area, do the following steps:

1.Open the slip front cover.

2.Remove the jammed paper and any paper debris.

3.Close the front cover.

If the paper jam occurs on the flip mechanism area, do the following steps:

1.Open the flip door cover.

2.Remove the jammed paper and any paper debris.

3.Close the flip door cover.

If the paper jam occurs on the thermal area, refer to Stuck Cutter Blade for procedures.
