Verifying the Enterprise Parameter Version Upgrade

To validate the EOM parameter version update, follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser, and type the URL for the EOM WebOffice application. The EOM WebOffice page is displayed.
  2. Enter a Username and Password to log on to the EOM WebOffice application. The EOM Dashboard is displayed.
  3. Select EOM. The EOM window is displayed.
  4. From the System Task list in the left pane, select EOM > Current Options. The Current Options window is displayed in the right pane.
  5. Select the Ver. list, and validate that the list includes the EOM parameter version used with the Advance Store upgrade.

Note

All the entities belonging to the enterprise using the new parameter version are disabled in the Organizational Hierarchy pane.
