| Definition ID | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters | A unique name that identifies a field to be used in the Personal IDs parameter of a Personal Information Set. This parameter is the record's key. |
| Display Name | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters | Specifies a user-friendly name corresponding to this Definition ID. |
| Info Form Name | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters | Specifies the Information Set that is collected for a specific Definition ID. This parameter must first be defined in the Info Set Name parameter of the Information Form Definitions group. |
| Personal ID Type | One of the following options:
| Determines the type of ID that is used for verification during the house card lookup process. |
