Using AzMan-based Active Directory Authentication
This section contains information on the following AzMan-based Active Directory authentication in Advanced Store servers:
- Using AzMan-based Active Directory Authentication in EOM and ETS.
- Managing Authorizations Using Windows Authorization Manager
Authorization Manager (AzMan) has been deprecated as part of the AD security solution for Advanced Store. The articles in this section are for reference purposes only.
Switching to DSR authentication
From release 6.8 R19 forward, retailers can switch from Azman authentication or from AssociateDb Authentication to DSR authentication. When switching to DSR authentication, retailers must obtain batch data files for EOM and ETS users and user roles and import them into the system. Retailers must also obtain user-orgname batch data files if a user is mapped to a different store as defined during the adding of the associate. Use Sample Data Files as a guideline.
