Printing privacy policy text on receipts

Retailers can enable the POS application to print their store’s privacy policy text on the customer copy of transaction receipts. This feature can only be applied to sales, exchange, and return transactions.

The following conditions must be met:

• A member has been added to the transaction.
• The store’s privacy policy text has been specified. For more information, refer to POS Receipts.
• The POS application has been enabled to print the store’s privacy policy text on sales and return receipts. For more information, refer to Receipt Printing.

When the above conditions are met, the POS application prints the store’s privacy policy text on the customer copy of sales, exchange, and return receipts.
