Printing duplicate receipts

Authorized associates can print a duplicate receipt of a sale, return, exchange-only, or even-exchange transaction. The POS application prints only one duplicate receipt at a time. The duplicate receipt can be printed from any terminal in the store, regardless of where the original transaction took place.

Configurable features

The POS application can be configured with the following features.

• Customize the duplicate receipt footer text. Refer to the following option:
  • Receipt Printing > Duplicate Receipt Footer Text
• Print a duplicate receipt of a return, exchange-only, or even-exchange transaction. Refer to the following option:
