Understanding the Web Order Pickup Function

The POS application enables customers to pick up online purchased items in a store. The Web Order Pickup function enables the associate to perform the following functions:

Claiming Web orders
Canceling a Web order pickup transaction
Printing a Web order pick ticket

Note

The Web Order Pickup function only processes online transactions. The POS terminal is required to have Web access to complete this function. The associate cannot add or remove items from a given Web order transaction.
