NCR Mobile Gateway Controller Site Preparation

Introduction

This document provides the information necessary to prepare a site to NCR specifications prior to installing an NCR Mobile Gateway Contoller (also referred to as the NCR 7641). Prepare the site properly before installing the MGC because site preparation deficiencies may be difficult to detect and correct after installation.

An NCR MGC system consists of separate pieces combined in a variety of configurations. Certain combinations are mutually exclusive. You must pre-determine the features and peripheral components to install before proceeding with the site preparation.
