Back Office Functions

The following back office functions can be completed from any POS terminal within a store.

Configurable features

The POS application can be configured with the following features.

• Enable or disable these buttons on the Back Office screen. Refer to the following options:
  • Menu Buttons > Enable Back Office Button
  • Menu Buttons > Enable Associate Management Button
  • Menu Buttons > Enable Cash Office Button
  • Menu Buttons > Enable Transaction Search Button
  • Menu Buttons > Enable Store Controller Button
    Note

    Associates must first open or close the store at least once before configuring the Store Controller button. This action is required so that the store can be opened or closed after hiding the Store Controller button.

• Require authorization for the Cash Office and Transaction Search functions. Refer to these options:
